*V*, *GF* What to put in a taco?
Would a taco by any other name be as crunchy? As satisfying?
This filling BLEW ME AWAY.
First because of the flavor...which of course I attribute to the use of Traci's Vegan Chicken Bouillon...
Texturewise, (which word I invented apparently, because spell check doesn't like it) it comes out somewhere between re-fried beans and ground beef.
But better, in my opinion, than both.
The best of both worlds really.

I've been using this for years, and am always delighted with how tasty it comes out.
The lentils make it very satisfying too, there is something about them that sits in you and says "I'm good".
Pliny extols the virtues of lentils this way..."I...consider the eating of lentil promotes an even temper. Even temper and satiated appetite--need we ask for anything more?"
